Organised by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Divya Kala Mela celebrates the talent and entrepreneurship of Divyangjan artisans from across India. Visitors can explore handcrafted textiles, pottery, ceramics, paintings and other artisanal creations while enjoying cultural performances.
